NAI VASHA

Nai Vasha is an adventurer and multidisciplinary artist from Stockton, California. Vasha’s true skill is her ability to fill a void. Her approach helps to shape and establish identifiable visual language for influential brands through conceptual 2d + 3d installations, photo journalism and video direction.

As an avid distance runner, she uses sport as a constant character in her work. She has worked with Nike, Puma, Reebok, Adidas, and Lululmon as a multi-city community leader, uncanny voice and creative contributor. Vasha is the co-founder of the forward-thinking sports and wellness magazine UNDO and its parent information initiative, UNDO-ORDINARY, changing the way people download healthy information. Stripping the tail off an ancient Chinese proverb, she lives by one simple quote,
“Never trouble trouble.”

Issue 7: Addictions Prescriptions + Supplements
As creatures of habit, we create systems to provide comfort and ease. Be it life’s trials, we all find escapism in some type of routine. This issue is an exploration into all of the things that make us the same. We exist in a culture that obsesses over art while ignoring the madness of artistry.  Not everything we see is what it seems and this magazine is positioned to offer truth to those who seek it. We’re all just trying to find the perfect footing between life and vice.

Jck Dvy - Lo-f! EP release
Jck Dvy (lead singer J*Davey) at the forefront of a reaction against the over-produced pop artists of today, harkening back to raw, spirited rock n' roll of the Stooges, Lou Reed, and Led Zeppelin. Her rise into the role of solo artist grew out of a period of artistic stagnation, coupled with the birth of her first child and the imperative to bring to light the new, raw sound playing in her head.
